Saige Purser

Director of Engagement and Communications

Saige Purser, a citizen of the Yakama Nation, was born in Wabanaki territory (Maine) and raised in Lisbon. With a master’s degree in public health, she brings a holistic, community‑centered lens to her work in youth development and outdoor education.

Saige is dedicated to empowering Indigenous youth to strengthen cultural identity and deepen their connection to land and community. She also advocates for systemic change that removes barriers preventing BIPOC individuals and others from accessing outdoor recreation and adventure‑based learning.

Guided by her values and lived experience, Saige brings intention, cultural humility, and a strong commitment to equity and representation to every space she supports. Her leadership reflects both her professional training and her deep passion for creating pathways where all young people can thrive.
